MAINLAND SPAIN – €5.99
BALEARIC ISLANDS – €8.50
CANARY ISLANDS – €12.00
PORTUGAL – €6.99

Orders are usually delivered within 2 to 5 working days.

RETURNS:

Products shipped to Spain and Portugal may be returned within a maximum of 15 calendar days after receipt.

The value of the returned items will be issued as a store credit with no expiration date, which can be redeemed for any other product(s) on our website. This credit will be issued once we receive the item(s) in the same condition as originally shipped.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

THE PRODUCT MUST BE IN PERFECT CONDITION, UNUSED, AND RETURNED IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING EXACTLY AS RECEIVED.

Please include a sheet of paper with your name and order number inside the package. Otherwise, we won't be able to identify the return and process it.

Bidi Baby reserves the right to refuse the store credit if the return does not comply with the above conditions.

You will receive the store credit within a maximum of 15 business days after we receive the returned item.
